ImagesYourWay.com Artist Commission Agreement
Become a Published Photographer (Artist) and get paid for your photographs and images.
As a designer or photographer (Artist) you may choose to License your photos, images or illustrations (Images) on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis. Only the Image may be exclusive with ImagesYourWay.com, not the Artist. The Artist may have certain Images Licensed exclusively with ImagesYourWay.com and may have other Images Licensed elsewhere.
When an Artist chooses to License an Image exclusively through ImagesYourWay.com, the commission earned is 60% of the License Price. When an Artist chooses to License an image non-exclusively through ImagesYourWay.com, the commission earned is 35% of the License Price of the Image.
The tables below outline the license, resolution, commission, and price range an Artist may License images based on the resolution, use and exclusivity.
Resolution
During the Upload process, an Artist selects an appropriate licensing arrangement either Exclusive or Non-Exclusive. The License Price for the image is calculated on the resolution of the image and the use.

Licensing and Pricing
One credit equals $1.30 US dollars (There are discounts for larger purchases. Artists commissions are based on the net selling price.)

Exclusive term commissions are determined by the License Price and only available for images Exclusive to ImagesYourWay.com

Definition of Terms
Note: Each license type is controlled by the terms as fully set forth in the Artist Supply Agreement.
Standard Use License means: Images can be downloaded and used royalty free in the following ways:
Extended Use License means: Images can be downloaded and used royalty free in the following ways:
Exclusive Term License means: All rights as with Standard and Extended but no other clients can use the image from the time you purchase the download and for 12 months (365 days) from the date of transaction. This option is NOT available unless the Artist selects the image as Exclusive with ImagesYourWay.com.
Extended Use License means: You can use the Content for unlimited production runs, use for multi seats, custom products for resale, web marketing but the Content can still be used by other Clients.
Exclusive Term License means: All rights as with Standard and Extended but no other clients can use the Content from the time you purchase the download and for 12 months (365 days) from the date of transaction
Remuneration
For each Image Licensed, the Artist is paid a commission based on the License Price when a photo is Licensed from ImagesYourWay.com. All Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal when commissions exceed $50.00 (US). ImagesYourWay.com does not charge fees for transferring commissions of $50 or more. Transfers of commissions of less than $50 will be a low fixed price of $2 for processing the payments. You can have money transferred as soon as your account contains more than $2. For countries where PayPal is not accepted, you can request a check. Postage will be deducted from the commission due unless Artist prepays postage or uses their own postage account.
From the Artist' Paypal account, the Artist can transfer the money into their bank account or spend the money from directly from the PayPal account. For anti-fraud reasons, conversion of ImagesYourWay credits through Paypal is not permitted until 45 days after Licensing your first image.

If this information is not supplied no payments in excess of $500 will be paid during a calendar year.
